Key Responsibilities:
* One-on-One Support: Assist students with SEN in a classroom setting, ensuring they receive tailored support.
* Collaborate with Teachers: Help implement individual education plans (IEPs) and adapt teaching methods to suit each child's unique needs.
* Engage and Motivate: Provide supervision during lessons and activities, offering support to help students understand instructions and tasks.
* Behavior Management: Use positive reinforcement and de-escalation strategies to support students and manage challenging behavior.
* Communicate and Collaborate: Build strong relationships with teachers, parents, and external professionals to track progress and maintain detailed records.
* Inclusive Environment: Contribute to creating an inclusive atmosphere that enables all children to integrate smoothly into school life.
