A part-time Project Assistant is required to join the Early Years Quality Team providing administrative support for the delivery of training programmes, communicating with schools and nursery settings in the City and administering finance tasks. These will include: booking venues, raising purchase orders, invoicing, receipting purchases, requesting manager approval for payments and maintaining related records. You will work within a small, friendly team that provides training, support and monitoring services to primary schools and pre-school settings. Sound ICT skills and use of MS Teams, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel will be essential. Technical support to use role-specific systems, such as 'Synergy', will be provided during induction. Flexibility can be facilitated enabling a blend of remote and office-based work within the working week.
