Sales Manager Responsibilities:
1. Manage and lead a team of Sales Executives to achieve targets ensuring all performance targets are reached across sales and customer service.
2. Regularly carry out market research, price benchmarking, advertising, incentives, and other marketing events proactively to produce the correct pipeline fulfilling set sales targets.
3. Become the reference point for all internal and external departments as well as the purchaser from the first contact through the completion of the sale of the house.
4. Take ownership of the presentation of the development as well as the whole purchase process.
5. Regularly scope target customers, following through with appointments, introducing customers to their new homes, and measuring customer satisfaction to the level required by our client.
Sales Manager Experience, Qualifications, Technical Requirements:
1. Sales experience in the housing industry
2. High levels of self-management
3. Exceptional customer service skills & sales excellence
4. Computer literacy
5. Full driving license and ownership of a car
