Our client is a highly successful Independent Estate Agency based in St Albans. They are looking for an organised, motivated, enthusiastic and experienced Property Sales Progressor to join their team.
Do you have 1-2 years' experience in residential sales progression?
Sales Progressor Duties:
1. Processing and progressing all agreed sales through to completion
2. Liaising with agents, mortgage brokers and solicitors, local council
3. Corresponding with Vendors and purchasers via telephone and email
4. Providing all relevant parties with accurate updates on the progress of the sale/purchase
5. Updating and maintaining running sales files
6. Showing persistence when required to ensure exchange deadline is met
To be a Sales Progressor, you need:
1. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
2. Ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload
3. Strong relationship-building skills and driven, proactive and confident nature
4. Full in-depth knowledge of conveyancing process
5. Experience within a similar role in estate agency and knowledge of the UK property market
6. Thrives in a fast-paced, sales environment
7. Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
