Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Mon-Fri

Role Overview:
We are hiring an organized and proactive Admin Planning Coordinator to join our Warrington-based facilities management team. This temporary role has potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Job Management: Ensure all old jobs are closed down with completed documentation.
2. Communication: Coordinate with engineers and subcontractors to confirm job completions.
3. Follow-up: Track and finalize pending jobs within deadlines.
4. Data Entry: Update job records accurately and maintain proper storage.
5. Reporting: Assist in creating reports on job completion.
6. Admin Support: Provide general admin support to planning and facilities teams.
Requirements:
1. Experience: Prior admin or coordination experience, ideally in facilities management.
2. Organizational Skills: Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
3. Communication: Strong verbal and written skills for effective coordination.
4. Attention to Detail: Accuracy in tasks and record updates.
5. IT Skills: Familiarity with job management systems and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
