The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen within a growing sales team. The Internal Account Manager role involves managing key accounts, liaising with the business development team to nurture relationships, and ensuring the company remains the go-to provider for clients. You will be responsible for handling enquiries, processing quotes, and consistently staying in touch with clients to ensure their needs are met.
This role plays a critical part in freeing up time for the business development team, allowing them to focus on bringing in new business and continuing the company's expansion.
Key Responsibilities
1. Handle inbound sales leads from key accounts
2. Take ownership of closing your own deals
3. Work towards individual and team sales targets
4. Follow up on quotes and maintain consistent client communication
5. Build and maintain relationships with key accounts via phone and email
6. Keep clients updated on delivery schedules and lead times
7. Contribute ideas to enhance team performance and drive business growth
Requirements
