We are on look out for a Digital Marketing Account Executive to join our team, working across our full range of businesses: Tiger Systems, Of Colour & Code, Tiger Fulfilment and Zaini. The Digital Marketing Account Executive will be a key role involved with planning, creating and managing marketing activities across a range of clients both B2C and B2B, as well as supporting our own brands.
About us
We are a small but multi-faceted marketing agency, based near Cheltenham. We operate two agency brands – Tiger Systems and Of Colour & Code – as well as an e-commerce fulfilment and distribution business (Tiger Fulfilment) and an apparel brand (Zaini.com). Our agencies work on email, websites, branding, print and marketing strategy for clients ranging from small start-ups to large shopping centres.
You will be involved with the day to day running of email campaigns and supporting media, websites, print materials, advertising, social media and branding projects, and have direct communication with clients.
The role would suit someone who has background in broad digital or email marketing, but who wants to be involved in a wide range of marketing activities.
Location
The company is based outside Cheltenham but with some staff in Surrey. The ideal candidate would be based in the office, but hybrid options are a possibility for the right candidate. Any hybrid/remote staff would need to have at least two years’ experience in a related area. Please note the office is not accessible by public transport so own transport would be required.
Responsibilities
Working closely with the Designer and wider team, the candidate would take a key role in:
* Email campaign management: planning, building and managing email campaigns across a range of clients within Klaviyo and Campaign Monitor.
* Account management: regular communication with clients including planning calls, campaign reporting and ensure accurate and timely campaign activation.
* Monitoring the performance of marketing campaigns and suggesting improvements where necessary.
* Managing the company’s social media accounts.
* Processing and cleansing of customer data.
* Website support and content management.
* Copywriting: Drafting copy for emails, social media, ads and print materials.
* Working on promoting all the business’s own brands including social media and website content.
* Keeping abreast of digital marketing trends, tools and tactics recommending use for our clients where appropriate.
Key Requirements
* At least two years’ experience working either at an agency or in an in-house marketing role.
* Strong understanding of digital marketing channels.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Experience in dealing with clients and internal stakeholders of different levels
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Copywriting experience, specifically for email and web.
* Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Docs.
* Strong multitasking and prioritisation skills in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong project management skills.
* Degree level or equivalent education.
Desirable requirements
* Experience with Klaviyo or other email platforms such as Campaign Monitor highly beneficial.
* Experience with website CMS’s.
* Experience managing projects via Monday.com / Slack / MS Teams.
* Basic knowledge of Figma and / or Adobe Creative Suite. This is not a design role, but you would be working closely with our Designer and experience working with image assets would be beneficial.
* Marketing degree, CIM qualifications or similar.
* Experience with Shopify.
* Knowledge of typical e-commerce email flows (such as welcome, abandon cart, etc).
