This role is being offered on a fixed term or secondment basis for a period of 6 months. As a CYP Nurse Lead, the post holder will work as part of a dynamic team in delivering an effective service supporting managers and staff across the Region to raise the profile of CYP Nurse Leaders and work closely with Regional Nursing Teams on key issues pertaining to CYP. The post holder will define current processes, facilitate discussions and advise colleagues as to how best practice might be adopted in the definition of future processes, document those processes as they are agreed and oversee their delivery. As an NMC registered nurse, the postholder will draw upon knowledge and experience gained through clinical practice and education to inform operational and policy decisions within this role to ensure the success of the programme.,
