Job Role: Assistant Project Manager

Role Overview:
* Support the Project Manager in planning, executing, and finalising engineering projects.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met within budget and timeline.
* Assist in the preparation of project documentation, reports, and technical specifications.
* Monitor project progress and make recommendations for adjustments to meet project goals.
* Participate in site visits, client meetings, and design reviews.
* Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in coordinating project activities and resources.
* Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
* Conduct technical analyses, prepare design layouts, and support CAD operations.
* Help manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
* Provide technical support and troubleshooting throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
* Experience within an Engineering based company (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
* 2+ years of experience in an engineering role, ideally within project management or a similar capacity.
* Strong understanding of engineering principles.
* Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant engineering tools.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
