We require an enthusiastic Parts Manager to support our Parts Team at our dealership in Wigan. Working closely with the parts and service teams, you will be responsible for assisting in the day to day running of the parts department. Key Responsibilities
Assist the Parts Team: Act as the relationship manager between service customers and the workshop, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction, including welcoming service customers to the dealership, dealing with all necessary paperwork, maintaining communication with the customer whilst their vehicle is being serviced or repaired and processing payments and follow up actions.
1. Maintain a high level of housekeeping at all times.
2. Accurately and efficiently receive and record parts into stock.
3. Manage and organize stock in the dealership.
4. Assist retail customers with their parts needs for their vehicles.
5. Liaise with the service team to ensure they have the relevant parts for workshop jobs.
6. Maintain pricing structures and stock lists.
7. Ensure display vehicles in the dealership are fitted with the appropriate parts as required by the manufacturer.
8. Previous Parts experience is required, ideally in a dealership setting.
9. Proficiency in Dealer Management Systems and Workshop systems would be advantageous.
10. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
11. Excellent phone manner and customer service skills.
12. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £28,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
