Position Overview : We are seeking a creative and highly organi s ed Executive Personal Assistant to work closely with our directors. This role involves a mix of professional and personal tasks, requiring very strong IT skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the directors, including email management, calendar scheduling, and file management. Assist with the creation of presentations using InDesign or Canva. Capture meeting minutes, respond to emails, action tasks out to team and follow up. Manage small projects with minimal supervision. Handle personal tasks such as household maintenance, travel arrangements, and event assistance. Maintain and organize Apple products (iPhone, iPad) and Microsoft laptops. Ensure efficient use of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, OneDrive, Word, and Excel. Occasionally assist with household tasks and other personal duties such as shopping, coordinating doctor’s appointment, making reservations, coordinating utilities, run errands etc. Maintain personal and professional paperwork – both physical filing and online file saving Help organise and manage repair works for rental property portfolio Assist with any other personal and professional’s tasks that arise Requirements : Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role. Strong IT skills, particularly with Microsoft 365, MacOS, SharePoint, OneDrive, Word, and Excel. Proficiency in InDesign or Canva for presentation creation. Familiarity with Apple products and troubleshooting. Excellent communication and organi s ational skills. UK Driving license Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage urgent tasks. Experience in email management, research, document drafting, and proofreading. Ability to manage small projects independently. Flexibility to occasionally travel. Must be London-based and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong English language skills. Preferred Skills: Experience in attending meetings, creating minutes, and delegating action points. Proactive and efficient problem-solving abilities. Comfortable dealing with different people, departments, clients, and time zones.
