Customer Service Administrator (maternity cover)
Location: Tunbridge Wells, Kent
Salary: up £24,000 per annum
Benefits: 24 days annual leave plus bank holidays, pension scheme, onsite parking
Hours: Full time Mon - Fri 37.5 hours a week
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a leading company based in Tunbridge Wells. They are an award-winning, independent business, seeking a Customer Services Administrator to join their busy team.
This is a full-time maternity cover role for 6 months with scope to be extended or potentially made permanent.
Responsibilities include:
1. Processing orders and invoices
2. Coordinating the dispatch of orders
3. Handling customer queries via phone and email
4. Processing sales data and general data entry
5. Supporting the sales team
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a positive and proactive attitude, and a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
