The Role The firm are looking for a Residential Property Senior Associate to join their office in Manchester. The team are recognised in the Legal 500 and have an exceptionally high value caseload weighted towards all HNW and UHNW. You will play a pivotal role in the department assisting the Head of Department with operational input, supervising junior team members and future strategic direction of the wider property group. You will be dealing with a mixed caseload of complex conveyancing matters including sales and purchases of leaseholds and freeholds, deeds of easements, lease extensions, lease enfranchisement and re-mortgages. The firm are looking for future leaders and will give you a platform to be able to progress within the firm.
