Role: Wedding and Functions Coordinator
Location: South Ribble and Chorley
Contract: Full time (36.25 hours per week) / Permanent
Salary: 30,559 - 32,654

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Wedding and Functions Coordinator to join our team and help us continue to deliver unforgettable experiences for our customers.

What you'll be getting up to:
1. You will be the main point of contact for clients booking weddings and functions at our venues.
2. You will provide excellent customer service, managing event logistics, and ensuring the smooth running of booked events.
3. You will work closely with the Business Development Manager, preferred suppliers, and casual staff to deliver high-quality events.
4. You will work closely with the contracted bar supplier and caterer for our bookings.
5. You will convert enquiries into bookings in collaboration with the Business Development Manager.
6. You will gather and utilise customer feedback to improve our service delivery.
7. You will coordinate suppliers to ensure seamless event execution.
8. You will perform Duty Manager responsibilities during events and conduct venue viewings.
9. You will ensure adequate staffing for events in coordination with the Business Development Officer.
10. You will oversee payment processing for bookings.

Other requirements:
1. This role requires some travel around our boroughs. You should have a valid driving license or the equivalent mobility.
2. This role requires out of hours evening and weekend working to oversee weddings and events.
3. Personal Alcohol License Holder is preferred but not essential.
