Description
1. Accurate processing of sales invoices and credit notes
2. Allocate customer receipts
3. Issue statements to customers and deal with any queries customer queries with regards to invoicing
4. Liaise with senior management and sales teams regarding customer accounts and queries and resolving issues to avoid late payments etc.
5. Maintain and report daily sales and issue relevant reports to relevant stakeholders
6. Reconcile bank transactions
7. Reconciliation of HSBC Invoice Facility.
8. Reconciliation of invoice discounting facilities AR & AP items
9. Dial with FX exposure, conversion, risk and coverage
10. Responsibility for cash management procedures, ensuring they are always complied with and that the relevant parties understand and adhere to them.
11. Assist in the closure of Month End. Completion of accruals and prepayments and P&L review.
