JobSummary:
* TheHR Implementation Lead is responsible for overseeing and managingthe successful implementation of payroll systems for clients orwithin the organisation. This role ensures that all HR and relatedprocesses are accurately and efficiently transitioned to the newOracle Fusion system meeting both business requirements andregulatory compliancestandards.
KeyDuties/Accountabilities(Sample):
* Leadendtoend HR implementation projects including planning schedulingresource allocation and risk management. Deliver input to strategydocuments for data migration testing training and reporting.
* PerformGAP analysis between legacy and Oracle and ensure system design isfit for purpose. Review design and configuration of HR system tomeet specific client or organisationalrequirements.
* Overseethe accurate migration of employee and HR data from legacy systemsto the new platform ensuring data integrity and compliance withdata protectionregulations.
* Serveas the primary point of contact between clients/stakeholders andthe implementation team managing expectations and ensuring clearcommunication throughout theproject.
* Provideongoing subject matter expertise and support during and after theimplementation process.
* Coordinatesystem testing including user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensurethe HR system components and integrations function correctly andmeets all specified requirements. Ensure that the integrationbetween HR and other modules works as expected.
* Ensurethat all HR processes comply with relevant employment laws taxregulations and organisationalpolicies.
* Conductpostimplementation reviews to assess project success identify areasfor improvement and ensure ongoing support mechanisms are inplace.
Skills/Experience:
* Minimumof 5 8 years of experience in HR management or systemimplementation with at least 35 years leading Oracle HRimplementations in a Local Government organisationsetting.
* Strongproject management skills with the ability to lead compleximplementation projects on time and withinbudget.
* Indepthknowledge of HR systems data migration techniques and systemconfiguration.
* Abilityto analyse complex data sets and ensure accurate datatransfer.
* Excellentverbal and written communication skills with the ability to explaintechnical concepts to nontechnicalstakeholders.
* Strongproblemsolving skills with the ability to anticipate and resolveissues that may arise during the implementationprocess.
* Provenability to lead and motivate a team manage conflicts and driveresults.
* Highlevel of accuracy and attention to detail particularly in workingwith SI to manage payroll data and systemconfiguration.
AdditionalInformation:
* Bachelors degree Business Administration Information Technology or arelatedfield.
* Certifications:Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) is aplus.
Minimum of 5 8 years of experience in HR management or systemimplementation, with at least 3-5 years leading Oracle HRimplementations in a Local Government organisation setting. Strongproject management skills with the ability to lead compleximplementation projects on time and within budget. In-depthknowledge of HR systems, data migration techniques, and systemconfiguration. Ability to analyse complex data sets and ensureaccurate data transfer. Excellent verbal and written communicationskills, with the ability to explain technical concepts tonon-technical stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills, with theability to anticipate and resolve issues that may arise during theimplementation process. Proven ability to lead and motivate a team,manage conflicts, and drive results. High level of accuracy andattention to detail, particularly in working with SI to managepayroll data and system configuration.
