We’re seeking a Career Transition & Mobility Solution Specialist to drive impactful career development and mobility programmes for leading organisations.
Location: Flexible (Remote, with occasional travel to London offices)
Reporting to: Practice Leader, Career Development & Mobility UK&I
What You’ll Do
* Design tailored client solutions that address workforce challenges in career development and internal mobility.
* Build relationships with FTSE 100 and other key clients, collaborating with sales teams to secure and expand partnerships.
* Lead client projects, ensuring high-quality delivery, timeliness, and measurable results.
* Stay ahead of industry trends and leverage LHH’s global expertise to enhance offerings.
* Drive commercial growth by supporting client retention and acquiring new business.
* Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.
What You’ll Need
* Proven experience in solution or client-centric sales.
* Success in designing and delivering talent, HR, or organisational development solutions.
* Strong business acumen and ability to build trusted relationships with senior leaders.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on client satisfaction.
* Passion for career development and employee engagement.
* Experience in client-facing roles.
