The Role
As a Mental Health Assistant, you will:
Provide 1:1 and group support to students with mental health challenges, helping them to develop coping strategies and resilience.
Work closely with teachers, therapists, and pastoral staff to create a supportive environment that promotes emotional well-being.
Deliver well-being and mindfulness sessions tailored to the needs of students.
Assist in identifying early signs of mental health concerns and implementing appropriate interventions.
