This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing a comprehensive Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) framework for one of the UK's most innovative and fast-paced organisations in the aviation sector. �? What You'll Do: Lead TPRM Development : Design and implement a robust framework addressing risks such as Modern Slavery, ESG Compliance, Anti-Bribery, and Sanctions. Drive Supplier Governance : Collaborate with procurement, compliance, legal, sustainability, and digital safety teams to embed risk management into supplier relationships. Stakeholder Engagement : Build trusted relationships across all levels of the business, up to Audit Committee and AMB. Process & Technology : Optimise TPRM tools and processes, integrating risk insights into procurement systems like EcoVadis or Coupa. Continuous Improvement : Champion supplier due diligence, reporting, and compliance activities aligned with legislation and corporate policies. ?? What We're Looking For: Proven expertise in Third Party Risk Management, Supplier Management, and Procurement Leadership. Strong stakeholder management skills, including engagement with C-suite executives. Knowledge of ESG, sustainability, and governance best practices.
