The Learning and Development Advisor reports to the Sr Manager of Learning and Development and is responsible for designing and implementing employee and management development programs in support of Zebra's strategic goals. This person will partner with the business, HR and external vendors to ensure the implementation of effective learning and development programs across the enterprise. Additionally, the Learning & Development Advisor will be responsible for the utilization and growth of the learning experience platform. Responsibilities: - Understand the latest skill needs, make connections between employee's capabilities and organizational requirements, gaps and provide employee with the right Learning and Development offerings - Consult with cross functional, and global stakeholder groups to assess and analyze learning and training needs, assists in the recommendation process to decision-makers, identifies delivery methods and implements plans accordingly. - Build, maintain and direct resources to deliver a curriculum employee development, people management as well as a coaching culture utilizing ILT, VLT. - Lead the ongoing utilization and growth of the Learning Experience Platform to support employee development. - Design, development, implement and facilitate management and employee learning programs. - Adapt style and tone of content development to fit a variety of role across the enterprise (hourly, salaried, management etc.) - Analyze and Utilize data to make recommendations to business stakeholders and well as L & D leadership for the future learning across the system - Ensure overall learning integrity through monitoring, feedback and ongoing analysis of key metrics, leverage KPIs. - Manage external vendors, negotiate contracts, and oversee the service from design to delivery. - Capabilities to be deployed are, but are not limited to, program and project management, adult learning strategy and content development, data analysis, written and verbal communication Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in HR, adult learning/education or equivalent professional experience required - 8 Years of work experience in similar role - Knowledge of Adult Learning Theory - Excellent facilitation skills including the ability to deliver programs via virtual platforms as well in person - Ability to establish strong presence with leaders across the organization - Extensive experience in the design, management and facilitation of management and employee development programs and courses in multiple modalities - Experience with a Learning Experience Platform is a plus Benefits: - Up to 32 hours paid time off per year to volunteer with a charity of your choice - Reward & Recognition scheme - earn points to spend online - Training and personal development in soft skills and hard skills, access to our internal learning portal and internal career opportunities within Zebra departments - Annual bonuses based on financial results - Yearly salary increases according to individual performance - Employee referral bonus for bringing New Talent to Zebra - Pension Scheme - Private medical cover - Access to an innovative online learning platform - Cycle to work scheme - Employee Assistance Program To protect candidates from falling victim to online fraudulent activity involving fake job postings and employment offers, please be aware our recruiters will always connect with you via zebra.com (https://www.zebra.com/ap/en.html) email accounts.
