The Role
Are you passionate about driving learning and development initiatives that make a real impact? We are looking for an L&D Advisor to support key projects including induction, digital content creation, career pathway progression and leadership development. In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver engaging learning solutions, helping to shape a culture of continuous growth and development. Principal Accountabilities
* Lead in planning, designing, delivering and evaluating current and future leadership development programmes, initiatives and events, working in collaboration with external consultants/SMEs as required.
* Design and deliver programmes, workshops, webinars and other learning and development interventions using a variety of approaches.
* Provide an internal consultancy service, analysing business needs to provide specialist advice and solutions.
* Design, develop and implement departmental policies and procedures taking account of organisational priorities, stakeholder engagement and compliance.
* Work with the Group Senior OD Manager and HR Advisors to develop robust training solutions for people managers across the business.
* Support current and new engagement initiatives designed as part of the Group's wider Better with Bellway sustainability strategy.
* Manage relationships and work collaboratively with external training providers and consultants.
* In collaboration with key colleagues and SMEs, support the development of comprehensive induction programmes for staff at all levels.
* Collate and monitor feedback on learning interventions and development programmes to support continuous improvement across initiatives for future cohorts.
Experience, Qualifications and Skills
Experience & Qualifications
* Previous work experience in a fast-paced in-house OD or L&D team including knowledge of modern people development and change strategies.
* Experience of working with a Learning Experience System (LXP) or other similar database is essential.
* A relevant CIPD qualification is desirable.
Skills and Aptitude
* Excellent project management and organisation skills, with the ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Excellent listening skills, with the ability to deal with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Proficient IT skills along with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).

The Role and Working Conditions
* Willing to be flexible in respect to day-to-day duties and hours worked.
* Willing to travel to deliver/support initiatives in line with business need.
* Office based role, Monday to Friday (flexible working with 1 day remote working).
* Core hours and agile working options available.
