Position Summary We have a fabulous opportunity for a Third Party Supply Planning Manager whose role will be to support the team and suppliers by driving best practice across systems and processes. A day in the life of a Third Party Supply Planning Manager You will be responsible for ensuring the timely supply of product from Co-packers and Co-manufacturers to meet customer demands through managing and supporting the activities, development and performance of the Third Party supply planning team. This will involve driving best practice across systems and processes to support the Third Party Supply team and suppliers. Key responsibilities include: - Liaise with Contract Managers, Co-Packers, Co-Manufacturer, Supply Network Planners, packaging suppliers, factories, procurement and other teams to ensure adequate supply of product to meet all Category requirements. - To lead, manage and develop a team of Production and Supply Planners and Master Data Coordinators. - Work with the Category leads to anticipate changes in capacity requirements from Third Parties and plan relevant resources to support the changes - Instil a progressive culture within the team to ensure continuous improvement. - To work with Category leads and Project Managers to manage and improve the NPD process. - To continually improve the communication and process management between the Third Party Supply Planning team and the internal customers, including Categories, Logistics, Procurement, Order fulfilment and Customer Facing Supply Chain. What will make you successful? You'll be a talented Supply Chain professional with knowledge and understanding of Supply Chain, Financial, Procurement, QA and Technical processes. You'll lead a team across multiple locations and functions and interact with a diverse set of customer businesses, therefore you'll be able to communicate with and influence people at all levels, including senior commercial and operational management teams. This coupled with your demonstrated ability to successfully lead teams through change and engage cross-functional stakeholders will help you drive efficiencies and achieve the delivery of high levels of service.
