Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Business Analyst to drive process improvements and support the successful delivery of strategic projects. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to analyse systems, identify inefficiencies, and design effective solutions that align with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Process Improvement:
Conduct comprehensive reviews of existing systems and processes, including SWOT and gap analysis.
Recommend and design process changes to enhance productivity, efficiency, and compliance.
Develop process maps, SOPs, and business cases.
Monitor and report on the outcomes of process changes.
Requirements Gathering & Documentation:
Define and document functional and non-functional requirements.
Conduct feasibility studies and impact assessments.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date business documentation.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with departmental leads to understand pain points and develop improvement plans.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input and drive alignment.
Conduct training sessions on new processes and methodologies.
Project Support:
Assist with the initiation and planning of new projects.
Provide business analysis support throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure project deliverables align with business needs.
Compliance & Communication:
Ensure all change initiatives comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Maintain regular communication with stakeholders.
Maintain Sharepoint sites and resource libraries.
Essential Skills & Experience:
Proven experience as a Business Analyst.
Strong understanding of business process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in requirements gathering and documentation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Desirable Skills & Experience:
Experience with project management methodologies.
Experience with SharePoint.
Knowledge of regulatory compliance.
