HR MANAGER

With 550 talented individuals across seven offices (five UK-based), we’re excited to recruit an HR Manager to work across all 8 trading companies across the business.
This is a hybrid role with three in-office days. You will spend two days in Herne Hill, alternating the third day with our Hawley, Dartford office and our Sutton, Surrey office. You will need to be able to drive to the Dartford office.
The starting salary is £45,000 (DOE) plus benefits.

What We’re Looking For:
* Demonstrates initiative and is solutions-focused; offers solutions and suggestions to the HR Director, setting an example and encouraging the same from the team.
* A shared belief in our values: passionate, creative, nurturing, and fair.
* Someone confident and excited to regularly interact and engage with people face-to-face or online daily, having an 'open door' frame of mind. Being friendly and approachable is super important for this role.
* CIPD Level 5+ is desirable
* Skilled hands-on people management and ample day-to-day technical exposure across HR.
* Strong employee relations background, managing ER cases and performance frameworks. Being up to date with employment law, confident in handling disciplinaries, grievances, redundancies, compliance, visas and all other aspects of the employee lifecycle.
* Confident communicator, engaging with employees at all levels and fostering collaboration.
* Approachable and people-focused, creating an open, friendly, and supportive HR presence.
* HR systems proficiency, using data to drive decision-making, creating reports, and sharing analytics to shape recommendations to the HR Director.
* Highly organised with strong multitasking skills, able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
* Payroll & benefits knowledge, including experience processing payroll.
