About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sous Chef to join our team at Loch Fyne Hotel & Spa, Inveraray. As a key member of our kitchen brigade, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our guests.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Head Chef in leading the kitchen team to achieve high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
* Assist in menu planning, food preparation, and cooking to ensure consistency and excellence in every dish.
* Train and develop junior chefs to enhance their skills and knowledge.
* Monitor food costs, inventory, and waste control to maintain profit margins.
* Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols, food hygiene standards, and regulatory requirements.
