Sales Development Representative
Location: Bournemouth
Salary: £25,000 + uncapped commission
Hours: Monday - Friday - 08.00am-16.00pm

Offering over 50 services, including building and land surveys, compliance checks, fire safety, CAD services, and project management solutions, they strive to be a comprehensive, one-stop solution for all their clients' needs.
Your role involves: showcasing our clients' services to potential customers by reaching out to targeted individuals, as well as leveraging existing contacts within the CRM, to generate leads and sales opportunities for the Account Managers to pursue.
Responsibilities:
1. Build strong and lasting relationships with customers through outbound calls, CRM follow-ups, and market research (via LinkedIn, web search, etc.).
2. Present products in a way that demonstrates how they best meet client needs.
3. Address and resolve customer objections effectively.
4. Keep the CRM database up to date with accurate contact details to maximize marketing impact.
5. Record and track all customer interactions and conversations in the CRM system.
6. Handle incoming sales calls, document client requirements, and forward them to the account manager for follow-up.
7. Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback and support initiatives.
8. Meet individual targets and KPIs.
9. Adhere to company policies and procedures.
What is needed:
1. Proven experience in a sales role, with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets (preferably in B2B).
2. Skilled in working to meet deadlines and targets within a collaborative team setting.
3. Strong ability to understand client needs and adapt approach accordingly.
4. Highly resilient and self-motivated.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
6. Open to feedback as a tool for continuous improvement.
7. Confident in using PCs or laptops with proficiency in navigating internal systems.
8. Customer-focused with a solid understanding of customer service principles and best practices.
