You will work in Bill-To-Cash management and handle customer service finance operations including credit management (assessments, credit risk and limits, order hold/release), cash collections/accounts receivables activity. This includes strategies and prioritization, and management of disputes/deductions and trade claims/invoices processing as part of the trade funds management process. You will work closely with the Business Process Owner partner and cross-functionally with sales, finance, internal controls and other Customer Services & Logistics sub-functions.
How you will contribute
You will:
1. Manage a team of 3-5 Trade Executives
2. Regularly monitor inflow of Trade claims throughout the day and allocate workload to the team.
3. Ensure the team are audit compliant (SOX Controls).
4. Increase capability and upskilling of the Team through training, mentoring, coaching.
5. Monitoring of SLA’s and ensure they are being met by the team.
6. Liaise with internal stakeholders to drive a reduction in future queries based on Root Cause analysis/findings.
7. Manage challenging disputes that require comprehensive dialogue with customer, commercial, sales finance and customer service to minimise risk of aged invalid debt.
8. Input into weekly/monthly meeting with Leads/Stakeholders
9. Ensure Invalid claims are identified and communicated within agreed SLA's

2. Hands-on experience in Microsoft office applications
3. Experience in a fast-moving consumer goods or consumer packaged goods company
4. Experience in a customer-facing role
5. Experience in management (either as a supervisory or manager)
6. Experience in order-to-cash environment
7. Credit control experience
8. Strong analytical and problem solving skills
