Are you a highly organised professional with a proven track record in supporting IT projects and delivering high-quality, customer-focused services? Are you ready to contribute to excellence within a high-performing multi-academy trust by ensuring efficient IT project delivery and outstanding outcomes for schools across the network?
We are seeking a committed and capable professional to support the delivery of IT projects across a dynamic and high-performing multi-academy trust. Based at Star Academies, you will work collaboratively with school IT technicians, senior leaders, and central teams to provide vital administrative support of the systems and services. Your role will ensure projects are supported by contributing to improving operational efficiency and enhanced outcomes for schools and pupils.
This role requires a proactive individual who excels at providing administrative and operational support to projects. You will play an important role in coordinating resources, maintaining exemplary records, and liaising with schools and suppliers to ensure their needs are met effectively. Your ability to build strong working relationships will be key to fostering collaboration and ensuring successful project delivery
You will have:
* Proven experience in an administrative or project support role, ideally within an educational or IT-focused setting.
* Strong organisational and coordination skills, with a detail-focused approach to managing tasks and records.
* Proficiency in IT systems, MS Office tools, and procurement processes.
* A collaborative mindset to support schools and colleagues in meeting their IT requirements.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate smooth project operations.
* A commitment to the Trust’s vision, values, and dedication to excellence in education.
