Job summary 37.5 hours per week The Complex Needs Team are a multi-disciplinary team, made up of Mental Health Nurses, Social Workers, Support Workers & Psychologists. The team is co-located within Harbour Drug & Alcohol Service and work with people experiencing co-occurring mental health & substance use issues. The work undertaken is in a range of environments, including hostels and other voluntary sector services, including those in the Plymouth Alliance. The post holder will carry a small caseload of clients with the view to supporting access to housing, detox, rehabilitation, as well as undertaking work around harm reduction, emotion regulation, managing distress & life threatening behaviours. The team receives supervision through reflective practice, CPD and access to regular training opportunities that is offered throughout the Plymouth Alliance.
