My client is a large Facilities and maintenance company who operate in various sectors across the commercial sector. They are currently looking for a number of experienced electrical and mechanical maintenance engineers to join an established team on mobile sites near Daventry. This role is Monday to Friday, working 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities will include:
1. Carry out all PPM's and reactive works on site, including AHUs, FCUs, Mechanical and plumbing duties.
2. Ensure all work is carried out in line with task schedules and industry best practices.
3. Ensure the responsible sites are fully compliant and follow industry best practices.
4. Daily monitoring and responsibility of all main plant and equipment within buildings.
5. Establish and maintain a good working relationship with all employees and clients.
6. Maintain a professional image always, and promote services.
7. Ensure all subcontractors are appropriately supervised, and comply with contractual commitments and site operating processes.
8. Manage the site logbook system and ensure all paperwork is kept up to date.
9. Oversee the management of the on-site CAFM and Concept systems and ensure all PPM and reactive tasks are completed within SLA.
10. Receive client issues and resolve these issues effectively without disruption to business or compromising client relationships.
11. Be prepared for a call-out rota for out-of-hours emergency response.
Applicants for the role must possess the following:
1. Experience working within commercial sites and buildings.
2. Plumbing or Mechanical qualifications.
3. Driving Licence.
