Team Manager Position - Supported Living Facility
Driving Licence and eligibility to work in the UK are essential to be considered for the role.
Full time, Permanent position - 37.5 hrs/week

BS Social Care is acting on behalf of a trusted client that is looking for a new Team Manager to join their organisation in the South West region. The organisation has a presence across England with various facilities supporting vulnerable individuals. Their main areas are supported living and residential care home setup.
About the role:
* You will oversee multiple services in the Devon area - Supported Living facilities.
* Liaising with team leaders and with the area manager.
* Carry out administrative duties, relying on the CQC guidelines.
* On-call duties in the case of emergency.
About You:
* You must be a driver with a valid UK Driving Licence.
* Previous experience in a senior role is essential.
* NVQ Level 3 is crucial to be considered for the position.
