Maxwell Bond have partnered with one of Europe’s biggest retailers on their search for a Loyalty Marketing Manager to lead and execute loyalty initiatives across the UK and Europe.
As the Loyalty Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in executing a customer-first loyalty and CRM strategy, driving growth, retention, and engagement.
What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Managing loyalty marketing programs; overseeing campaign execution, customer segmentation, and engagement initiatives.
2. Developing loyalty strategies to maximize sales, customer retention, and engagement.
About You:
1. Experience in loyalty & CRM marketing, ideally within a retail or e-commerce environment.
2. Strong knowledge of customer segmentation, personalisation, and retention strategies.
3. Proven track record in developing and implementing customer engagement strategies.
