The Role
Are you passionate about shaping the future of education and ensuring that every learner, regardless of their needs, has access to high-quality support and opportunities? We are looking for an exceptional leader to join our team as Assistant Director of Education and Inclusion, with a dedicated focus on Special Educational Needs (SEN).
In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of driving policy, strategy, and innovation in education and SEND, with a particular emphasis on inclusion and vulnerable learners. You will work closely with schools and key stakeholders to ensure outstanding outcomes for children and young people, that sets them on a pathway to success beyond their statutory education.

You will drive our SEND improvements with tenacity and enthusiasm, engaging the education community in our endeavours using your own well-honed knowledge of the education system to do that.
