We are currently recruiting for 5 x experienced Administrators to join one of our clients based in Worksop!
Your role as an Administrator will involve duties such as:
1. Preparing documentation
2. Filing, sorting
3. Data entry
4. Answering phone calls and diverting to the correct team member
5. Performing general clerical duties to ensure the smooth running of the office
Successful Candidates:
6. Previous experience within a similar environment
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
8. Reliable, friendly and enthusiastic
9. Experience working within a Transport Admin role is desirable but is not essential.
Working Hours, Pay Rate and Other Information:
10. The administration positions are being offered on a temporary basis, for 8 - 12 weeks only.
11. You will be required to work 40 hours per week, on a 5 out of 7 day rota. The shift times will be 6am until 3pm, 1pm until 10pm or 10pm until 7am.
12. The salary will be £25,000 per year, which is £12.02 per hour.
