Overview
Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered CQC Manager to lead their supported living service.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supported living services, both community-based and residential, particularly with young adults and children living with physical disabilities, challenging behaviour, neurodiversity and mental health.
Duties
Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, your duties will include:
1. Conducting new care assessments, ensuring that the service user's needs are met and the care provided is person-centered and always exceeds expectations. Ensuring care plan reviews are undertaken and risk assessments are complete and up to date.
2. Conducting quality surveys and audits and implementing action plans to drive improvement within the service.
3. Building rapport and professional relationships with multidisciplinary teams and local authorities. Attending local managers meetings and health and social care settings.
4. Ensuring complaints and incidents are handled efficiently, timely and that lessons are learnt, and action plans are put into place.
5. Responsible for the day to day running of the service. Providing leadership, support and mentoring to the office team, senior care assistants and team of care assistants.
