Our National Transfer Pricing Team workclosely with our broad range of clients and help manage theirtransfer pricing compliance whilst also acting as expert advisorsand driving their transfer pricing agenda. This can include, but isnot limited to, assisting with due diligence, post-acquisitionrestructuring and other international taxissues.
Joining our team as TransferPricing Manager in any of our offices across London, Reading,Midlands and the North-West, you will be an integral part of ahigh-performing tax compliance and advisory team and be in anenvironment where you will have the opportunity to accelerate yourknowledge, skills and development in a creative, entrepreneurialand supportive team, working with lots of fantastic clients alongthe way.

You’ll make an impactby:
* Supporting your clients on a variety ofcompliance and advisory projects, including transfer pricing policydesign and implementation, documentation, benchmarking, taxauthority audits and debt defence /ATCA’s
* Collaborating with expert teams across the worldcomprising over 600 specialists in economics, accounting, projectmanagement and tax law, enabling you to develop innovativeapproaches to transfer pricingissues
* Playing an active role in business development,preparing proposals and attending networking events and making asignificant contribution to the overall future development andsuccess of not only your regional office, but the widerfirm
* Developing and supporting a growing team, being amentor and sharing your skillset andknowledge

* Ability to people manage, focusing on building anddeveloping individuals and being able to identify existing talentwithin the team
* Passion for business development andability to identify potential fee-earningopportunities
