The Role This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Manager. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, that drive revenue growth, enhance brand visibility, and expand our customer base. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Design, Brand, and eCommerce, to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with our commercial goals. Responsibilities: Customer Experience: Ensure that every customer interaction, whether online or offline, is seamless, consistent, and positive. Focus on building strong relationships, fostering customer loyalty, and driving business growth by delivering value at every stage of the customer journey. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities, emerging trends, and areas for growth. Utilize these insights to inform marketing strategies and guide product development. Collaboration: Partner with Sales, eCommerce, Brand and Product teams to synchronise marketing efforts with product launches, seasonal promotions, and sales objectives, ensuring cohesive and effective execution. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive strategies that align with the brand’s commercial objectives, including revenue targets, market expansion, and customer acquisition. Sales Optimisation: Work closely with the sales team to identify key opportunities, optimise pricing strategies, and develop promotional activities that align with revenue targets. Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to maximise campaign performance and achieve commercial objectives. Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyse, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns. Use data-driven insights to continuously optimise strategies and ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.
