You'll support continuous improvement, manage key projects, and ensure efficiency in manufacturing processes. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Lead, train, and mentor the maintenance team to meet targets and KPIs. Maintenance Planning: Develop schedules to ensure equipment performance and minimal downtime. Health & Safety: Ensure all maintenance activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Continuous Improvement: Drive innovation and reduce unplanned downtime through proactive asset care. Project Management: Oversee machinery and equipment installations during factory expansions. Budget Management: Manage the maintenance department's budget efficiently. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment history, and inventory. Criteria: 5 years in manufacturing engineering (preferably food/beverage sector) Expertise in industrial machinery, mechanical/electrical systems, and preventive maintenance Strong leadership and team management skills Proficient in MS Office and IT systems Excellent communication for multidisciplinary collaboration Why apply?
