You will be working with a dynamic organisation based in Droitwich who manufacture a range of products, for an exciting new role in the Operations team.
Your new role
This is a varied role that epasses working with customer data, transport planning and the supply process and a key part of the job will be in delivering continuous improvement processes. Core duties will include:
Reporting on budget versus forecasts, reporting across Sales and operational functions in business
Maintain supply chain trackers
Analysis of data
Produce a variety of internal reports on customer data
Rmend andmunicate key actions and process improvement ideas to a variety of internal teams to reduce costs and maximise opportunities
Build and maintain relationships with customers and internal teams
Respond and coordinate new demands
Work with the management team to deliver business objectives in the required timeframe
This role is working hybrid, 4 out of 5 days in the office Monday to Friday with limited weekend work.
What you'll need to succeed
EPR system experience is essential
1. Experience working in the supply chain and manufacturing is essential.
2. Proven experience in analysis and reporting with data is essential.
3. Excellentmunication across internal and senior teams, both written and verbal
4. Proven experience of process improvement
5. Confidence working in a fast-paced and demanding role whilst being able to maintain delivery of timescales and accurate work
6. Ability to work within a team and across functions
