Job summary We are able to offer a new opportunity for a Team Administrator to join our CAMHS team based in Tamworth. You will be working in a small supportive team alongside another team administrator and a medical secretary. You will be part of the Children's and Families Care Group based within our Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services, delivering care to children, young people and families. We are looking for someone who can work on their own initiative, organise their workload without direct supervision on a daily basis, and who can ensure deadlines are met. You must be able to commit to working a Monday and Friday, optional day off to be a Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. Hybrid working could be considered once probationary period is completed Main duties of the job Typing letters and reports including audio typing Monitoring of an individual or team inbox To deal professionally and promptly with telephone enquiries, taking and processing messages accurately and adhering to relevant policies and procedures. Provide general non-clinical advice, information and guidance to children and young peoples, parents and other professionals, to deal with all enquiries and communicate effectively on behalf of the Team. Providing cover for other administrative colleagues during staff absence Dealing with patient/public enquires about services - liaising with professionals where required and escalate as appropriate To collect and input statistical information as required and ensure that reports where requested are delivered within timescales. Making bookings and cancellations e.g. training places, rooms and interpreters.
