Brief Description
To provide specialist Risk and Value Management (R&VM) assurance and support service to project and programme teams.
About the role
Here are some of the duties your role will include:
1. Provide leadership and guidance in the concept of Risk & Value (R&V) Management.
2. Manage and deliver specialist R&VM support to the project community, including Quantitative Cost and Schedule Risk Analysis (QCRA/QSRA).
3. Promote R&VM culture and improve R&VM competency across the project and programme management community.
4. Provide Level 1 Assurance on Risk and Value products/activities.
5. Review and assure the output of others who undertake R&VM activities.
6. Maintain a robust view of required levels of R&VM services.
What you will bring to the role:
Essential:
Competent in all aspects of project and business risk management facilitation.
Able to build complicated cost, schedule, and business risk models.
Be classed as a Specialist in the Leadership Competencies or be capable of attaining this level within a defined period.
Desirable:
Membership of the Institute of Risk Management or Association for Project Management Risk Practitioner.
Experience in Network Rail's project management processes and procedures.
