The Chartered Building Surveyors' role
The successful Chartered Building Surveyor will enjoy exposure to a broad range of projects across the office, retail, leisure, education, healthcare, and charity sectors. You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality professional services while taking on leadership responsibilities within a well-established and supportive team.
You will be responsible for a wide scope of professional services including technical due diligence, building defects analysis, pre-acquisition surveys, dilapidations, party wall matters, and general building surveys. The position offers genuine variety and the chance to work with a diverse client base on both complex and rewarding schemes.
In addition to delivering technical excellence, the Chartered Building Surveyor will have the opportunity to build and maintain key client relationships and actively participate in business development, contributing to the ongoing success and growth of the Newcastle office.
