The Role:
We have an opportunity for an experienced Reinstatement Supervisor to join our team, to be responsible for ensuring reinstatement works are carried out safely and to the highest standards.
Here are just a few of the activities you’ll be involved in:
1. Coaching, mentoring and managing several Reinstatement teams
2. Attending site meetings and liaising with Highways, to ensure works are planned effectively, including resourcing, plant and materials
3. Proactively manage schedules to minimise disruption and preventable mistakes
4. Reduce S74s, defects & interim reinstatements
5. Manage employee training and ensure your direct reports are able to make their best contribution
6. Ensure all work complies with relevant H&S and environmental legislation
7. Promote and drive continual improvement and innovative ideas

Previous supervisory experience and technical knowledge of the construction and reinstatement industry is essential as is a full and valid driving license.
Great communication skills, common sense and being comfortable with technology are important to skills to be successful in the role.
