Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable Slinger/Banksman to work on a construction project in the SG8 area, starting as soon as possible.
About the Role:
We require an experienced Slinger/Banksman with CPCS or NPORS certification and a strong understanding of health and safety procedures. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, providing excellent customer service and ensuring efficient site operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* To provide sling loading services for the transportation of materials on site
* To ensure all lifting operations are carried out safely and efficiently
* To maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations
* To communicate effectively with colleagues and management regarding site operations and any issues that may arise
Requirements:
* CPCS or NPORS certification with Slinger ticket
* CSCS card
* On-site references
* Right to work in the UK
* Previous experience in a similar role
Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, 07:30 AM - 17:00 PM, with occasional weekend work at enhanced rates. Free parking is available next to the site.
Salary Information:
The hourly rate for this position is £17, paid per day. With the opportunity for overtime and bonuses, this role offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
