Yew Tree Primary, part of the Wade Deacon Trust, is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to provide tailored support to students with special educational needs. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in a supportive and inclusive school environment. Key Responsibilities: Supporting students with SEN on a one-to-one or small-group basis Assisting the teacher in delivering engaging and accessible lessons Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment Working collaboratively with staff and parents to support student progress Requirements: Experience working with children with SEN (preferred) A patient, compassionate, and adaptable approach Strong communication and teamwork skills A relevant qualification (e.g., CACHE, Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant) is desirable but not essential This is a long-term role starting on 22nd April, with the potential for extension.
