Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain lasting business relationships with stakeholders. Deliver high-quality guidance to stakeholders, aligning learners to the right courses. Provide expert advice on managing Skills and Growth Levy funds. Promote safeguarding and ensure apprentices' well-being. Stay ahead of the curve by engaging in continuous professional development. Requirements Apprenticeship Expertise : A strong understanding of apprenticeship programs. Industry Insight : Knowledge of the Transport and Logistics sector is beneficial but not essential. Sales Proficiency : Proven track record in exceeding sales targets through innovative lead generation and networking. Organizational Skills : A natural at time management and meeting stakeholder needs. Flexibility : Adaptable, driven, and passionate about creating opportunities.
