Responsibilities
* Identify and target new business opportunities to expand the company’s client base.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their continued satisfaction and loyalty.
* Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
* Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs through proactive sales strategies and techniques.
* Keep abreast of industry trends and market changes to capitalize on new business opportunities.
Experience
* Prior experience in a similar role as an Account Executive, New Business Executive, or Commercial Executive.
* Proven track record of driving new business and achieving sales targets.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Strong understanding of client relationship management and account development.
* Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
Day-to-day
* Conducting prospecting and outreach to potential new clients.
* Participating in client meetings and presentations.
* Collaborating with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns.
* Analysing market trends and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
* Tracking and reporting on sales performance and client interactions.
