Join us as a Project Manager - CDD Cost Management: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a cost management background to support Customer Due Diligence (CDD) projects. This is an opportunity for a driven Project Manager to join us and deliver our goals on time, within budget and to the highest quality. In your new role, you'll prepare, manage and provide reporting on all project plans, controls and resource plans. You'll make sure that activities are in place to adequately prepare the business and engage all the appropriate stakeholders effectively to enable change to be implemented and handed over. What you'll do: Lead and define the production of a project initiation document and make sure that the solution clearly supports and is aligned to our strategic goals Analyse the appropriate statements and prepare estimates for approval Manage accurate cost tracking, budget planning, and financial forecasting for CDD initiatives and making sure the project is completed in allotted budget Convert Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) costs into financial values and overseeing consolidated headcount forecasting Provide insights into financial crime management Identify, track, manage and mitigate any project risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies Make sure that all project deliverables satisfy the requirements and that they adhere to the agreed governance framework Conduct financial forecasting and analysis, translating FTE costs into pound values, and perform consolidated headcount forecasting for internal compliance functions Support resource planning, financial forecasting, and performance management in alignment with organisational goals The skills you'll need: Financial Services or Banking / Retail Banking Industry experience Experience in cost management, financial forecasting, and budgeting within CDD or compliance projects Experience of delivering project management Experience of applications for systems and delivery Performance/business management and resourcing experience Strong Excel skill and Planview experience Strong collaborative skills Ability to translate financial data into actionable insights Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management Next steps With an inclusive culture, excellent learning and development, and focus on wellbeing, there are plenty of reasons why NatWest is a great place to work in a temporary job.
