We are currently recruiting an Administration Team Leader to join our highly successful Debt Recovery Unit to work onsite at the Leamington Spa based office, Monday-Friday.
Job Responsibilities:
* Recruiting, inducting, leading and managing a busy administration team to ensure the highest levels of performance always.
* Compose, conduct and deliver effective 1-2-1, performance improvement plans, personal development plans.
* Monitor and oversee the achievement of individual staff members, team and overall department SLAs and targets providing on the job feedback, technical and customer support.
* Ensure that all aspects of regulatory compliance are adhered to and excellence in both customer and client service is consistently achieved including 1st line quality checking and exception reporting with a view to continuously improving the output of the team.
* Monitor and ensure that all processes are executed in a timely manner and in line with both FCA guidance, SRA rules and other regulations.
* Ensure that the team operates within all set KPIs, and any breaches are identified and reported to senior management.
* Monitor and manage the teams’ levels of annual leave, absence, lateness and breaks/lunches throughout each shift to ensure maximisation of productivity and performance.
* Develop, implement and run departmental and team incentives which drive performance and morale where applicable.
* Support senior management activities including recommendations for process improvements, provision of information and support for client meetings, performance reviews and audits as required.
* Presentation of management communications to team members.
* Handle escalated calls / manager calls where necessary and therefore dealing directly with the customer and their circumstances - finding the most suitable outcome.
* Foster and champion a culture of Treating Customers Fairly.
* Interviewing and training new members of the team.
* Ensure that all correspondence is processed in an efficient manner which ensures that we maintain and improve profitability whilst maximising the potential for recovery.
* Contribute to the overall success and efficient running of the Debt Recovery Unit through a positive can-do attitude and ability to deliver successful solutions in an ever-changing environment.
Person Specification:
* You will have proven experience of working in a high-paced, high-volume Administrative role.
* You will have proven experience in managing others.
* You will be adaptable, enthusiastic, and have a flexible approach.
* You will have strong organisation skills and high levels of accuracy, paying attention to detail.
* You will communicate in a timely and effective manner both with colleagues and clients.
