We’re building a team.
EBC are moving into a new exciting phase, building a new Estates team structure to deliver the 2025-2030 Asset Management Strategy.
We have invested significantly over a long period to hold a large diverse commercial investment portfolio valued circa £240m+ generating an annual net rent surplus of £13.4m per annum, with a broad strong mix of commercial investments across offices, industrial, retail, retail parks and leisure.
EBC have a commercial property development pipeline, which will deliver a Local Centre food store, a commercial centre within our One Horton Heath (OHH) housing programme, and additional commercial units across employment and leisure uses through the borough.
This role will focus on strengthening core rental income from the existing portfolio, strategic disposals and acquisitions, securing lettings of the new build commercial units delivered from the development programme.
This role also includes acting as asset advisors on the investment portfolio, the OHH, commercial opportunities, supporting Council Services with leasing of service accommodation with key parties and stakeholders and third parties.
You need to be commercially astute, a strategic thinker; Local Authority experience is not essential. You will be MRICS qualified or equivalent, with proven experience in asset management.
